سبيكة تطبيق في متجر تطبيقات سلة يحدّث أسعار منتجات الذهب والفضة في متجرك تلقائيًا حسب سعر السوق. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نعالجها ولماذا، وكم نحتفظ بها، وحقوقك.
البيانات التي نعالجها
- بيانات المتجر: رقم متجرك في سلة واسمه ورابطه، ونوعه (تجريبي أو فعلي)، وحالة اشتراكك في التطبيق كما تبلغنا بها سلة.
- رموز الوصول: رموز الربط التي تمنحها سلة عند تثبيت التطبيق. نحفظها مشفّرة (AES-256-GCM) ولا تُعرض لأي شخص.
- المنتجات التي تربطها بالتطبيق فقط: رقم المنتج واسمه ورمز SKU وصورته، وإعدادات تسعيره (المعدن والعيار والوزن والمصنعية والهامش)، وآخر سعر قرأناه وآخر سعر كتبناه.
- الإعدادات والسجل: إعدادات التسعير العامة، وسجل كل تغيير في السعر (السعر القديم والجديد وسعر الغرام وقتها).
لا نطلب ولا نجمع أي بيانات عن عملائك أو طلباتك أو مدفوعاتك. يطلب التطبيق صلاحيتين فقط: المنتجات (قراءة وتعديل) والبيانات الأساسية للمتجر (قراءة فقط).
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم هذه البيانات لتقديم الخدمة فقط: حساب الأسعار وكتابتها في متجرك، وعرض المعاينة والسجل في لوحة التطبيق، وإدارة اشتراكك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
تعمل لوحة التطبيق داخل لوحة تحكم سلة بجلسة مؤقتة تُحفظ في ذاكرة الصفحة لمدة أقصاها أربع ساعات، دون ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) ودون أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات.
مزودو الخدمة
- سلة: منصة متجرك؛ منها نقرأ منتجاتك ونكتب أسعارها.
- Cloudflare: استضافة التطبيق وقاعدة بياناته.
- مصادر أسعار المعادن العامة (gold-api.com و Coinbase): نطلب منها سعر الذهب والفضة فقط، ولا نرسل إليها أي بيانات عن متجرك.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
- سجل تغيّر الأسعار: ٩٠ يومًا. سجل عمليات التحديث: ٣٠ يومًا.
- عند حذف التطبيق من متجرك نحذف فورًا رموز الوصول، واسم المتجر ورابطه، وإعدادات التسعير، والمنتجات المربوطة، والسجل.
- نُبقي بعد الحذف رقم المتجر وتواريخ التثبيت وحالة الاشتراك ومعرّفات إشعارات التثبيت التقنية فقط، حتى لا نعالج الإشعار نفسه مرتين ولحماية متجرك عند إعادة التثبيت.
- قد تحتفظ Cloudflare بسجلات تشغيل تقنية (مسار الطلب ونتيجته ورقم المتجر) لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان وإصلاح الأعطال. لا تتضمن هذه السجلات رموز الوصول.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ورموز الوصول مشفّرة في قاعدة البيانات، ونتحقق من توقيع كل إشعار يصل من سلة، ونطلب أقل الصلاحيات اللازمة لعمل التطبيق.
حقوقك
يمكنك في أي وقت طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، وحذف التطبيق من متجرك يحذف بياناتك تلقائيًا كما هو موضح أعلاه.

Privacy Policy
Sabika is a Salla App Store app that keeps your store's gold and silver product prices in line with the market price. This policy explains what data we process and why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Data we process
- Store data: your Salla store ID, name and address, its type (demo or live), and your app subscription status as reported by Salla.
- Access tokens: the connection tokens Salla issues when you install the app, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown to anyone.
- Only the products you link to the app: product ID, name, SKU and image, its pricing settings (metal, karat, weight, making charge, margin), and the last price we read and the last price we wrote.
- Settings and history: your general pricing settings and a log of every price change (old and new price and the gram price at the time).
We never request or collect data about your customers, orders or payments. The app asks for two permissions only: products (read and write) and basic store information (read only).
How we use it
Only to provide the service: calculating prices and writing them to your store, showing previews and history in the app, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
The app runs inside your Salla dashboard with a temporary session held in page memory for at most four hours. It uses no cookies, trackers or analytics.
Service providers
- Salla: your store platform, where we read products and write prices.
- Cloudflare: hosting for the app and its database.
- Public metal price sources (gold-api.com and Coinbase): we request gold and silver prices only and send them no data about your store.
Retention and deletion
- Price change history: 90 days. Update run history: 30 days.
- When you uninstall the app we immediately delete the access tokens, store name and address, pricing settings, linked products and history.
- After uninstalling we keep only the store ID, install dates, subscription status and technical installation-event IDs, so the same event is never processed twice and your store stays protected if you reinstall.
- Cloudflare may keep technical operating logs (request path, result and store ID) for a short time for security and troubleshooting. They never contain access tokens.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), access tokens are encrypted in the database, every notification from Salla is signature-checked, and the app requests the minimum permissions it needs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by emailing us. Uninstalling the app deletes your data automatically as described above.
