شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق سبيكة في متجرك على سلة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، إلى جانب شروط سلة وسياستها لمتجر التطبيقات.
الخدمة
يحسب التطبيق أسعار المنتجات التي تربطها به من سعر الذهب أو الفضة في السوق والإعدادات التي تحددها (العيار والوزن والمصنعية والتكاليف الإضافية والهامش والضريبة والتقريب)، ثم يكتبها في متجرك يدويًا عند طلبك أو تلقائيًا حسب الجدول الذي تختاره. لا يغيّر التطبيق شيئًا في منتجاتك غير السعر، ولا يمس المنتجات غير المربوطة.
مسؤوليتك
- صحة البيانات التي تدخلها لكل منتج: المعدن والعيار والوزن والمصنعية والهامش.
- مراجعة الأسعار، خاصة عند ربط منتجات جديدة. تعرض المعاينة كل سعر جديد قبل تطبيقه، ويوقف التطبيق التغييرات الكبيرة حتى توافق عليها.
- قراراتك التجارية والتسعيرية؛ التطبيق أداة حسابية تنفذ إعداداتك.
أسعار السوق
نعتمد على مصادر عامة لسعر الذهب والفضة العالمي ونتحقق منها بمصدر مستقل ثانٍ. قد يختلف السعر العالمي عن أسعار السوق المحلية، ويمكنك ضبط الفرق بإعداد «تعديل على السعر العالمي». إذا كان السعر قديمًا أو اختلف المصدران أو تعذر الحصول عليه، لا يغيّر التطبيق أي سعر حتى يتوفر سعر موثوق.
الاشتراك والفوترة
تتم الفوترة والفترة التجريبية والتجديد والإلغاء عبر سلة وحسب سياساتها، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك من لوحة تحكم متجرك. عند انتهاء الاشتراك أو الفترة التجريبية تتوقف التحديثات وتبقى أسعار منتجاتك على آخر قيمة كُتبت، ويمكنك متابعة رؤية المعاينة دون تطبيقها.
توفر الخدمة
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة باستمرار، لكن قد تتوقف التحديثات مؤقتًا للصيانة أو بسبب أعطال لدى مزودي الخدمة أو سلة. لا تتغير أسعارك خلال أي توقف.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الشهر السابق للمطالبة.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر التحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

Terms of Use
By using Sabika in your Salla store you agree to these terms, alongside Salla's terms and its App Store policies.
The service
The app calculates prices for the products you link to it from the market price of gold or silver and the settings you choose (karat, weight, making charge, extra costs, margin, VAT and rounding), then writes them to your store, either when you ask or automatically on the schedule you pick. It changes nothing on your products except the price, and never touches products you haven't linked.
Your responsibilities
- The accuracy of what you enter for each product: metal, karat, weight, making charge and margin.
- Reviewing prices, especially when you link new products. The preview shows every new price before it is applied, and large changes wait for your approval.
- Your business and pricing decisions; the app is a calculator that applies your settings.
Market prices
We use public sources for the global gold and silver price and confirm them with a second, independent source. The global price can differ from local market prices; the "adjustment to the global price" setting lets you account for that. If the price is stale, the sources disagree, or no price is available, the app changes no prices until a reliable one is available.
Subscription and billing
Billing, trials, renewals and cancellation are handled by Salla under its policies, and you can cancel from your store dashboard. When your subscription or trial ends, updates stop and your products keep the last price written; you can still see previews without applying them.
Availability
We aim to run the service continuously, but updates may pause for maintenance or because of outages at our providers or at Salla. Your prices don't change during any pause.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the month before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the update on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
